The benefits of the MANZANILLA tea

by Felipe rojas
(Aldama, tam., MEXICO)

Since I was a kid, my mother and my grandma used to drink this tisane (really it is not a tea, tea is only the Camelia sinensis) for stomach, eyes and disorders of the menstruation. And after 67 years I continue using it.

It is the best when your eyes are red and tired. And even if you are healthy, drink it anyway you'll feel much better.

GREETINGS FROM ALDAMA, TAMAULIPAS, MEXICO.
