Soothes gastric reflux

by Rose

I was at my wits end suffering constant and severe heartburn day and night. I am generally very healthy and have adhered to an almost vegan diet for some time now. However I did find that coffee was a real trigger.

So I gave coffee up for good and still the heartburn persisted so I turned to the internet, researching for a natural remedy to at least give me a measure of relief.

I noted that camomile tea was being suggested by various people in blogs and other sites. I knew it was natural and so I had nothing to lose.

Well I have since then taken a cup a day, usually first thing in the morning and had terrific results. When I do now become complacent and skip the tea for a couple of days the heartburn returns. I highly recommend it.
