Pure benefits of camomile tea

As a certified nursing assistant my job is very demanding. Dealing with all kinds of patients in subacute is very stressful and tiring.

I was on antidepressants for 2 months and had to be up when medication wore out. I work 7-3 pm, the worst shift in a nursing home. I'm on my feet for 8 hours. I go for therapy of my right shoulder after work. This is strenuous, stressful name it.

As I get home all I can do is shower, take a hot cup of camomile tea and take a nap. This calms me down and when I wake up I'm all fresh and feeling alive again.

Since I started using camomile, my sleep pattern has improved.
