My new tea

by Dolly

I was very hesitant to try chamomile tea. First of all I didn't know what chamomile was.

Then one day out of no where came the crave for some thing different since Lipton tea have somewhat become boring.

Thankfully I had a box of this delicious tea that had been stashed away in my pantry for a couple of months. The taste was incredible.

I noticed that the color of my urine is very clear. Before it was yellow. And I go more frequently which does not bother me. Next I saw an increase in sleep.

So happy to share my experience with this lovely tea!
