My best friend tea

by Madelyn Basilio Mayegayeg
(Spain)

Many years I'm struggling with stress, anxiety, worries and insomnia or sleepless nights.... But then I had read from Spanish magazine "Pronto" that chamomile tea is very good for these, so I tried it, brewed and zip and wow believe it or not after 3 hours I feel sleepy.... Wish to continue it.... It's been a week now I'm taking and I feel so good.believe me.
