Mood stabilizing!

by Madeline
(Norway)

I had a stressful day. I broke up with my boyfriend of four years. I am packing all my stuff as I am moving into a new apartment by myself. Today, I was supposed to see some friends, but they didn't answer my texts. I haven't had a good night sleep in a while. On top of all, I am on my period with the worst cramps I've ever had.

I drank two cups of Pukka Three Chamomile and my cramps are gone and my mood is much better! I also feel quite sleepy! Hoping to be able to sleep through the night and start a new, better day tomorrow! :)
