Just Not My Me.

Muscles aching...not sleeping and tense, I was almost in tears when Chamomile came back to me... a much better alternative than calling my Internist for muscle relaxers.

Although it was 2 pm, I retrieved my Chamomile from the very back of my kitchen cupboard. And although I didn't want to sleep the afternoon away, the tension gave me no other choice.

That's been three days ago. My muscle tension and anxiety has subsided 85%. I have begun to incorporate stretching as part of my Chamomile regime. My mind is no longer racing at bed time. My sleep has improved 85%. I am definitely less irritable. I look forward to bedtime and rising in the mornings.

With Chamomile as a part of my daily regime, I expect the real Me will be back very soon.
