INSULIN RESISTANT

by Incognito

Hi, I found out several years ago that I was insulin resistant which was pushing me to become diabetic. I didn't take any meds but I started trying to watch what I ate.

Not long after that, I started drinking black tea (no sugar or honey) solely for the caffeine, because I'm a nurse who works long hours.

Well, unbeknownst to me, I started losing weight and I didn't crave sugar. It never occurred to me that the black tea was a reason why.

After I stopped drinking the tea, my cravings came back and my body went into insulin resistant again and I gained weight...

Therefore, I'm going to start drinking this tea again. It's no miracle tea, but it does add to overall good health!

Also, I'm 35 years old and people think I'm 23-28 yrs old...
