I Always Turn to Chamomile

by Celestial

I've been drinking chamomile tea quite regularly and it always helps my itchy eyes and runny nose when I have allergies.

I drink about 2 to sometimes 4 cups of it a night and it helps me sleep comfortably.

Also, my skin looks and feels much more hydrated than it used to, and my back acne is clearing up for the first time since before I can remember!

Any time I don't feel well, chamomile is the tea I turn to.
