Great for anxiety

I was very hesitant at first to give Camomile Tea a go because i'm not a huge fan of flavoured teas.

When i found out that it helps to ease anxiety and panic attacks which i have been having for a year or so now, i couldn't believe that after a few cups it does really help out. Every day now i have 3 cups of Camomile Tea, one in the morning and two at night and it has also helped me sleep better too, would highly recommend.
