Garden fix

by Susan
(London)

I actually pick stinging nettles from my garden. I use gloves and pick them into a small pan. Then wash gently under cold running water, place them in a small tea pot. After this I pour boiling water over them and let them steep for about 5 to 7 minutes and just pour out and enjoy.

The benefits I experience is a sense of well-being, I feel good and my mood lifts. I tried this as a kind of experiment and I love how I feel; really good. I am 54 years old and stopped menstrual cycles around four years now. I do not take any other medication and try to exercise about four to five times a week. Gentle jog and or gentle exercise. I normally juice greens but when I can't be bothered and want a chlorophyll infusion quick I go in the garden and get it there. I hope this helps someone.
