Cinnamon tea every day!

by Lucy Carlton
(Glasgow)

I found cinnamon tea in the aisles at Sainsbury's after recommended by a friend. I was obviously excited to try it as it had no caffeine in it which was an obvious health benefit compared to the normal English Breakfast Twinings tea I get.

As soon as I got home after the shop, I put the kettle on. The smell greeted me with memories of autumn and winter time. It was cold outside and as soon as I indulged, there was no turning back, it was warming, tasty and addictive (which could either be a good or bad thing).

I usually use Pukka three cinnamon tea, I will be trying more and hopefully will let you all know what is the best, even though I am painfully addicted to Pukka!
