Camomile tea for steaming

If you have a cold and have congestion, try steaming with a few camomile tea bags in boiling water in a bowl. Cover your head with a towel while you inhale the wonderful vapour.

Great for opening and cleansing those blocked pores at the same time.

You can also use cold tea bags for puffy eyes. Works a treat. :)
