Tea and Aging

As our bodies grow older, naturally, they will change. And – just as naturally – we may find some of these changes difficult to accept! Whether it’s the more visible signs of aging (like fine lines and wrinkles), changes in cognitive functioning (like not remembering things quite so easily), or struggling with other health worries, such as weaker bones or arthritis, growing older can bring about changes that concern and frustrate us. Including teas and herbal tisanes in your diet is a healthy, effective way to protect your body and mind from some of the effects of aging.
