Soothing my mind and body

During finals last semester, I obviously was stressed out and my anxiety was kicking in like crazy.

Luckily on the last day before dead week I got myself some chamomile tea because I remember my mom would give me some when I was worried about bullies or upcoming exams.

I have to say it was a much needed drink. I drank two cups everyday and my anxiety wasn't bothering me as much. I achieved a 4.0 that semester and although my girlfriend teases me for drinking Grandma tea, I have no regrets! I will be drinking chamomile a lot more now because it is now a part of who I am.
