Enjoy my dandelion tea every day!
I started drinking a cup of dandelion tea every morning a few months ago (thanks to The Plan, which recommends daily dandelion tea as a liver detox).
It took a while for me to get used to the taste - it's somewhat bitter! - but now that it's become a habit, I've grown to love this tea! I look forward to it every day.
Occasionally I forget to have my dandelion tea, and I do notice a difference - my energy levels are lower through the day and my joints feel more achy. And, dandelion tea has definitely helped with relieving water retention, too!
A wonderful, very refreshing herbal tea!
